1. What warranty terms provides Nokia for its products?

Warranty terms begin when the first purchase of the mobile phone or accesoire (here and below - Product) is being done. The Product can consist of different units each having its own Warranty terms (here and below - Warranty terms). Warranty terms are:

12 months for mobile phone and accesoires (sold together or apart), besides material and additional accessoires listed in articles (2) & (3) below.

  • 6 (six) months for the following material and accessoires: battaries, power adapters, power stations, headphones, cables , CD and memory cards and
  • 90 (ninety) daysfor software carriers such as Software CD, Software Memory cards

2. How will I know whather my Nokia is in Warranty or not?

3. Does the repair prolongues Nokia Warranty terms?

Warranty terms is extended according to time in - repair.

4. On what aspects the limited Warranty do not obligate its terms?

The limited Warranty is not laid on User manual, the other parties software, preferences, content, links and data, uploaded to The Product, during its upgrade, on each step of purchase deal or in any way obtained by the Customer.

Besides the the Warranty is limited to:

  • use visual defects;
  • misuse visual defects;
  • defects or harm, obtained due to misuse of the Product not limited to use not in accordance with the Nokia Users Manual, or other uncontrolled by Nokia misuses ;
  • defects or suspicions of defects, if the Product was used with not Nokia accesoires or software other than recommended by Nokia, or being misused
  • if the defect was being shocked by short circuit, batteries being dismantled with seal broken, or elements corrupted, or with traces of battery misuse or technological battery misuse ;
  • if the product has been dismantled, modified or repaired, besides official service center, carrying unauthorised parts, or if the Product serial number or accessoire IMEI identifiing code is being scrapped, changed or wrapped off beeng unreadable, by Nokia opinion

if the Product was being damaged by liquidity, or extreme overdispose or mechanical damage, causing corruption, oxidizing, or if it was being drowned or broken with chemical reactives or food

5. What documents are needed for service treatment?

 

Please keep Your cash voucher and warranty card. These documents can be needed when You turn to service center.
