1. What warranty terms provide Motorola for its Products?

Company Motorola guarantees realisation of the rights of the consumer provided by the local legislation, throughout Russian territory. The consumer has the right to repair product in the authorised service centre on a free of charge basis if in a product during the warranty period industrial or constructive defect was revealed. The consumer also has all other rights provided by the Russian legislation. According to the legislation of the Russian Federation, company Motorola defines:

Warranty terms for mobile phones power supplies, multimedia, auto-components – 12 months from the date of purchase, not limited to date of purchase, but within Goods service life;
Warranty terms for batteries, as well as batteries supplied with the sales unit – 6 months from the date of purchase, not limited to date of purchase, but within Goods service life;
Mobile phone Service life, including delivered in the complete set of the storage battery, power supply, active multimedia, - 24 months from the date of manufacturing of a mobile phone (complete set), including manufacturing date;
Motorola company will do its best to keep the service terms within 20 working days;
Warranty does not extend to cases, bags,change panels, cables, optional software, and passive equipment, as well as on software change and performance (as well as multimedia files) of the third parties.

Date of production can be specified within one month accuracy.

2. What documents are needed to gain necessary service treatment?

Company Motorola reminds: warranty service is carried out by authorised service centre Motorola when the consumer presents original filled warranty coupon with the retailer stamp. In case the documents confirming the fact and date of purchase of a product, and also for the products got abroad and similar officially delivered to the Russian Federation are lost, the warranty periods specified above are estimated from the date of manufacturing.

3. Does the repair prolongues Motorola warranty terms?

The warranty period for a product lasts for the period during which the authorised service centre carries out warranty repair. We ask to keep the documents confirming the fact and dates of repair in authorised service centres Motorola.

4. Can I get the loaner phone within the repair terms?

If your mobile phone is in the service centre in warranty repair, you can receive for the period of repair a loaner phone. The service centre should give loaner phone in three-day term from the moment of your statement if necessary.

5. On what aspects the Motorola warranty does not obligate its terms?

The manufacturer (or service centre Motorola) has the right to refuse service of not warranty unit. Warranty certificates can lose their force in thefollowingcases:

Mechanical ,electrical, hot, humidity or liquid damages;
Defects caused due misuse, or use with devices not recommended by Motorola;
Unauthorized repair,opening or dismantling, change of software;
If the serial number (IMEI, MSN) of the product cannot be vividly specified, or is different to the one in the warranty coupon;

In other cases, provided by legislation.

6. How will I know my Mototla is in Warranty or not?

The retailer is obliged to give to the Consumer detailed and a trustworthy information about the goods established by the manufacturer, its warranty period and service life, addresses of the authorised service centres.
