The mobile phone is treated by Officially authorized service centers according to rules, declared by Producers.
3. How long will it take to repair my mobile phone?
The repair terms depend on the diagnostics results and the repair complicity level. As a rule, 90% of faulty mobile phones taken in are being repaired in approx. three days.
According to Federal Law "Defence of Consumer Rights" the maximum terms for repair cannot exceed 45 days.
4. How will I know about the end of repair?
