On 15th of March, with the help of Motorola and Teleperfomance companies in the Dr. Service study premise was held a practice seminar for call - centers operators of Dr. Service , KDS Technical center and Pro-service. The seminar author is Roganova Elena, the leading coordinator of the Teleperfomance call center, which for many years present peronified information resources for Motorola.
The seminar consisted of blocks of phone call ethics, complicated situations solutions, methods of quality treatmant enhancement. Each block was fixed up by practice in real situations.
